Refund/Return Policy
At ZenEase, we work with trusted third-party suppliers to deliver quality wellness products directly to your door. Because of this fulfillment model, we do not accept returns on any orders.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not delivered within 30 days of shipment, we will happily send a replacement.
To request a resolution, contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at support@zenease.us with:
- A brief description of the issue
- A clear photo of the product and packaging
- Your order number
We’ll respond within 2 business days to resolve your request.
