1. Do you accept returns?

No. Due to our fulfillment model, ZenEase does not accept returns. We offer replacements or refunds for items that arrive damaged or defective.


2. How long does shipping take?

U.S. orders typically arrive within 8–15 business days after processing. A tracking number will be emailed once your item ships.


3. What if my package is lost or delayed?

If your package hasn’t arrived after 30 business days, contact us at support@zenease.us and we’ll investigate and offer a resolution.


4. Can I cancel or change my order?

We process orders quickly, so changes aren’t guaranteed. Please double-check your order at checkout.


5. Do you ship outside the United States?

No. At this time, ZenEase ships to U.S. addresses only.
